Lauren is in the process of enacting a career change from academic research to UX research. Her doctoral dissertation focused on users of mobile audio apps, and her past work as a dramaturg centered on the engagement of audiences across platforms. For the past four years, she taught Writing, Ethnography, Academic Research, and Project Management at a university. Lauren is now ready to take her research, collaboration, and leadership skills outside the academy!
