Me? Well, I've been a usability consultant for 30 years, and have enjoyed teaching usability testing to hundreds of people in person.

But most people know me from my first book Don't Make Me Think, which seems to have become everyone's introduction to UX (over 600,000 served, as McDonald's® would say).
